Video Q&A: What would you do if you want to maximize personal development and earnings?
Does work-life balance exist if you want to maximize personal development & earnings?

“(F26) I’m working with an amazing team at the b4 in business risk— probably my favorite team so far in my career. Everyone is great at their job and we have excellent team camaraderie. My manager and I are very close as well and they’re very invested in my career progression unlike many managers I’ve had in the past and would like me to take over their role eventually. However, the work itself is not very fulfilling and we work long hours with little pay to the point where I question if I chose the right field. My manager works even harder and sacrifices a lot of their personal life and I don’t think I can do that if I take over their role despite it being a huge step in my career. I don’t know if it’ll be a mistake to leave the b4 to join another company or go back to school and pivot into another industry. What would you do if you want to maximize personal development and earnings? Thank you in advance!”
